Walk-in || Human Resource Payroll Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for retail stores and corporate employees.
• Verify attendance, leaves, late marks, overtime, incentives, deductions, and other payroll inputs before salary processing.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and resolve salary-related queries.
• Coordinate with HR and store teams for new joiners, exits, transfers, promotions, and salary revisions.
• Process Full & Final Settlements (F&F) for exiting employees.
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, salary statements, MIS, and reconciliation reports.
• Coordinate with the Finance team for salary disbursement and payroll-related accounting.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee salary and personal information.
• Support payroll audits and provide required payroll data and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in B.Com, BBA, HR, Finance, or a related field.
• 23 years of relevant experience in payroll processing, preferably in the retail/fashion industry.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, attendance management, and statutory compliances.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and payroll/HRMS software.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume payroll and work within strict timelines.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
