We Are Hiring: Officer / Sr. Officer HR (Recruitment)

SL Lumax Ltd is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Professional to manage end-to-end hiring activities for manufacturing and support functions.

Preferring immediate joiners

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment consultants.
• Screen profiles and conduct preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined timelines.
• Handle offer negotiations and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and future positions.
• Support campus hiring and employer branding initiatives.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 4 -7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Prior experience in the Automobile or Auto Component Manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Experience hiring for Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other manufacturing functions.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
