Salary: 25,00050,000 per month, based on experience and performance

Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, attendance, employee relations, HR reporting, and coordination with management and external HR partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily attendance, leave, absenteeism, and HR records.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviews, and follow-ups.
• Address employee queries and support employee relations and engagement.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain employee documentation.
• Manage onboarding and exit formalities.
• Coordinate with external HR partners and management.
• Complete HR tasks, follow-ups, and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or relevant field.
• Experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee management.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, HR tools, and recruitment portals.
• Hindi, Gujarati, and English proficiency preferred.
