Candidate Requirements:
* MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
* Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi
* Strong knowledge of Labour Laws & HR Compliance
* Good knowledge of PF, ESIC & Payroll Management
* Knowledge of Employee Joining & Exit Formalities
* Handling of Attendance, Leave & Salary Records
* Recruitment, Interview & Employee Management
* Knowledge of HR Policies & Office Rules
* Employee grievance handling & conflict resolution
* Proper maintenance of HR Documentation & Records
* Good knowledge of MS Office & Excel
* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Ability to independently handle the complete HR Department
