Walk-in || Human Resource Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Handle employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HRMS activities.
• Maintain employee records, personal files, joining documents, and statutory records.
• Manage performance appraisal, confirmation, promotion, and salary revision processes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate staff training, induction, orientation, and NABH-related HR requirements.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, counselling, and workplace issues.
• Monitor manpower requirements and staff deployment across departments.
• Coordinate with department heads and management regarding staffing and employee-related matters.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower reports, and other management reports.
• Support employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure proper implementation of hospital policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
