Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR / IT Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills, with the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, salary expectations, and notice period.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up on interview feedback, offers, and candidate joining.
• Negotiate salary and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and ATS records.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills

• 15 years of experience in HR / IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Good understanding of IT skills and technical job requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
