Our journey began with one of the leading telecom companies in the Middle East, which urgently needed a robust integration solution. The company had been working with another vendor for over two years without success. Recognized as top-tier consultants in the integration space, our founders stepped in, delivered the solution efficiently, and Rootware Technologies was born. In addition to our core integration services, we provide expert consulting for middleware needs and portal development.

Role & responsibilities :

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules and follow-ups.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication.
• Help prepare HR reports, documentation, and other related records.
• Assist the HR team in implementing company policies and procedures.
• Handle employee information confidentially and professionally.
