About the Role

PolicyBazaar Partners is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination, and HR data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and record maintenance.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding candidate status and interview feedback.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of candidates.

Eligibility

• Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates looking to start their career in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
