Walk-in || Human Resource Generalist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee life cycle activities such as joining formalities, onboarding, background verification, exit process, and induction program.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to generate offers and manage offer generation process.
  
• Conduct HR generalist activities including recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, performance management system (PMS), payroll processing, statutory compliance, and training & development initiatives.
  
• Ensure timely completion of all HR tasks and maintain accurate records.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized university in any specialization.
  
• Master's degree in Human Resource Development or related field preferred but not mandatory.
  
• 0-2 years of experience in an HR role with exposure to generalistic activities like recruitment, onboarding, PMS etc.
