About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR to join our growing organisation. The HR will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, performance monitoring, documentation, and ensuring that company policies and workplace standards are properly followed.

The ideal candidate should be confident, organised, people-oriented, and capable of handling employees across different teams.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Ability to handle employee grievances and workplace conflicts professionally.
• Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Ability to prepare professional HR emails, notices, letters, and reports.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
• Experience handling sales teams will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in FinTech, BPO, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Insurance, or Sales organisations will be preferred.
• Candidates with strong recruitment and employee-management experience are encouraged to apply.
