About this role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
- Handle complete employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage and monitor employee attendance, leave, and related records.
- Assist the Payroll Team with attendance inputs, employee data, and payroll-related coordination. Prepare and maintain HR documents including Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Transfer Letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases. Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and processes.
- Maintain and update organizational charts and employee reporting structures. Coordinate with employees and reporting managers for various HR-related queries and requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of HR processes and maintain proper documentation.
- Support other HR operations and employee engagement activities as required.
