Walk-in || Human Resource Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end internal hiring: workforce planning, sourcing, headhunting, screening, and closing critical roles.
• Design, implement, and continuously refine employee relations policies across the organization.
• Drive internal organizational design structuring teams, defining reporting lines, and supporting business growth.
• Serve as a round-the-clock point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns.
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation; align individual targets with organizational goals.
• Partner closely with department managers to translate business objectives into people plans.
• Develop and roll out HR policies; ensure every department stays updated and compliant.
• Track performance against departmental and organizational targets, escalating gaps proactively.
• Oversee the company's digital and social media presence (LinkedIn, careers page, job boards) to strengthen employer brand.
• Create and curate employer branding content — culture posts, hiring campaigns, employee spotlights — to attract top talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy design.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to partner effectively with department managers.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools and performance management systems.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and basic content creation for employer branding (LinkedIn, Instagram, careers page).
