Walk-in || Human Resource Generalist

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities:

2. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

3. Maintain employee records, including personnel files and attendance.

4. Coordinate employee training and development programs.

5. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

7. Ensure HR policies comply with current labor laws.
