Walk-in || Human Resource Generalist

Role & responsibilities

1. Payroll Processing (500 Employee's)

Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

Maintain employee attendance, leave records, overtime data, and shift details.

Verify salary components, increments, arrears, incentives, and deductions.

Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.

Handle full & final settlements for exiting employees.

2. Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, IF, PCB, etc.).

Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns. Maintain statutory registers, documentation, and audit records. Coordinate with statutory authorities and support audits/inspections. Keep updated with changes in labour regulations and inform the HR team/management.

3. Employee Relations (ER)

Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.

Support grievance handling and escalate issues where necessary. Assist in employee engagement programs, communication, and welfare activities.

Promote a positive and professional workplace atmosphere.

Conduct exit interviews and track employee feedback.

5. Contract Labour Management

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications : MSW /MBA (HR)

Experience : 5-7 Yrs in HR Generalist Role

Location : Erode

Good in MS Excel
