Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate joining formalities for new hires and ensure timely completion of induction program.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  
• Handle employee grievances and redressal through effective communication with employees at all levels.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance tracking, and performance management systems.
