Job Opening: HR Executive (Male / Female)

Location: Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Notice Period: 3 Months
CTC: 2.5 L 3.5 L per annum (all-inclusive, based on experience)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR practices, excellent communication abilities, and the drive to manage both internal HR operations and student placements independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance tracking.
• HR responsibilities along with student placement coordination, including industry connections, interview arrangements, and placement follow-ups.
• Develop and manage student placement strategies in coordination with industry partners.
• Maintain and update employee records, policies, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
• Organize career fairs, placement drives, and employer engagement activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners for placement opportunities.
• Prepare HR reports .

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA in Human Resources.
• 12 years of experience as an HR Executive in a small or medium-sized organization.
• Strong knowledge of core HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage HR responsibilities independently.
