Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated MBA HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, training coordination, and employee records management. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and events.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Help prepare HR reports and MIS documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
• Respond to employee queries related to HR processes.
• Support performance management and appraisal activities.

Required Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resource Management (HR) or equivalent.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
