HOD is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **HR Executive** to manage and support various HR functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and maintaining employee records.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
* Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance activities.
* Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
* Handle employee queries, grievances, and HR communications.
* Assist in performance appraisal and confirmation processes.
* Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data.
* Coordinate training and development activities.
* Support overall HR operations and administration.

### Candidate Profile

* Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
* MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
* 25 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
* Good knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
