Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity.
  
• Handle grievances and redressal processes in a fair and timely manner.
  
• Design and execute HR policies, procedures, and programs to support business objectives.
  
• Collaborate with management team to develop talent acquisition plans and succession planning.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.

• Note- This is an onsite job opportunity for US shift. (Work Timings- 7:00 P.M IST- 4:00 A.M IST)
