Walk-in || Human Resource Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic HR to join our Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity in Human Resource Management, including Recruitment & Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, Salary negotiation, document collection, onboarding, Induction, Orientation Grievance handling etc and complete post recruitment activities. Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information.

Qualifications:

MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Good organizational and time-management skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion

Quick learner with a positive attitude and team spirit.
