• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Labour Welfare, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
• Manage employee joining, onboarding, documentation, attendance, and HR records.
• Coordinate with clients, employees, recruiters, branch teams, and site supervisors.
• Coordinate with payroll for salary inputs, LOP, overtime, deductions, and attendance.
• Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain HR MIS, trackers, and daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate for audits and maintain required compliance documents.
• Resolve employee and client queries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate manpower deployment and replacement requirements.
• Maintain employee and client-related documentation.
• Knowledge of NAPS/NATS will be an added advantage.
