Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  
• Support onboarding process by preparing new employee documents, scheduling inductions, and ensuring smooth joining formalities.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance tracking, and performance management systems.
  
• Provide administrative support to the team including preparing reports and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve employee queries and issues related to benefits administration.
