Tech Mahindra is hiring candidates for HR Recruiter

Location: Chandigarh

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Shift Timing: 12 PM 9 PM

Eliigibility Criteria:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in BPO recruitment.
• Staffing industry experience preferred.
• Good candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for BPO requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
• Achieve recruitment targets within deadlines.
