Hiring: HR Coordinator - International BPO Hiring

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Handle International BPO recruitment and candidate follow-ups.
• Ensure maximum interview turn-ups and joining conversions.
• Coordinate for interviews, selection, documentation & joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate data and reports.
• Work with sourcing teams to achieve daily/monthly hiring targets.
• Manage multiple requirements and deliver within timelines.

Requirements

• 6 months/2 years of experience in BPO Recruitment / Staffing / HR Coordination.
• International BPO hiring experience mandatory.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive and result-driven approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates from nearby locations preferred.
