Job Title: HRBP (Fresher)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HRBP Fresher to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure a positive employee experience. The role involves employee engagement, onboarding, attendance management, performance discussions, and resolving employee queries while acting as a liaison between employees and management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct post-joining formalities and HR induction for new employees.
• Manage attendance and maintain employee records.
• Handle ID card issuance and acknowledgments.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Assist in attrition control activities.
• Conduct employee performance discussions and feedback sessions. • Resolve employee queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Visit branches regularly to support HR activities and employee connect programs

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel for branch visits.
