Walk-in || Human Resource and Administration Executive

Human Resources

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and guide new hires through onboarding paperwork.
• Records Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee files, including contracts, attendance logs, and leave records.
• Employee Relations: Answer daily staff questions, help resolve minor grievances, and support internal engagement activities.
• Compliance: Ensure company procedures align with basic labor laws and internal workplace policies.

Administration

• Office Operations: Monitor office facilities, manage utility maintenance, and coordinate with external vendors or service providers.
• Inventory Control: Order and track office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
• Correspondence & Support: Draft official letters, manage incoming calls or mail, and assist other departments with basic reporting.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in an HR or administrative support role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with HR Management Systems (HRMS) or office databases.
• Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Discretion: High level of integrity when handling confidential employee and company data.
