Walk-in || Hub Manager

Role & responsibili

• Recruit and onboard staff for domestic services such as house help, cooks, babysitters, caregivers, cleaners, etc.
• Source candidates through local recruitment, references, walk-ins, and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening, interviews, and document verification.
• Maintain an updated database of available and deployed staff.
• Coordinate staff allocation and deployment based on customer requirements.
• Manage staff attendance, availability, replacements, and daily coordination.
• Ensure candidates meet company standards and service requirements.
• Handle staff-related issues, grievances, and retention.
• Coordinate with the operations/customer service team for smooth service delivery.
• Track recruitment targets, joining numbers, deployment, and staff performance.
• Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Build a strong local network for continuous staff recruitment.
