Roles & Responsibilities Hub Incharge

• Manage day-to-day operations of the hub and ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, sorting, scanning and dispatch.
• Monitor delivery, pickup and shipment TAT to ensure timely operations.
• Manage and coordinate with delivery executives and hub staff for daily operations.
• Track shipment issues, shortages, damages and operational discrepancies and take corrective action.
• Maintain hub records, reports and operational trackers accurately.
• Ensure proper manpower allocation and productivity during shifts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational and customer-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety and quality standards.
• Monitor daily hub performance and share regular updates with management.
