Walk-in || Hub Incharge

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inbound, sorting, dispatch, and outbound operations.

- Ensure timely shipment processing and adherence to delivery SLAs.

- Drive rider hiring, onboarding, and documentation.

- Coordinate rider attendance, shift allocation, and productivity.

- Supervise hub staff and delivery riders.

- Monitor inventory, shipment reconciliation, and documentation.

- Coordinate with transport partners and internal stakeholders.

- Track KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and drive process improvements.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in rider recruitment and manpower planning.

- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.- Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
