Position: HRT / Mother Teacher
Experience: 23 years
Qualification: Graduate with B.Ed./equivalent teaching qualification
Curriculum: CBSE experience required; Cambridge curriculum experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
• Manage the classroom and create a positive, nurturing learning environment.
• Monitor students’ academic progress and overall development.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and classroom documentation.
• Encourage students’ social, emotional, and communication skills.
• Collaborate with coordinators and other teachers for effective academic planning.

Desired Skills: Strong communication, classroom management, creativity, patience, teamwork, and a child-centric approach.
