Walk-in || HRO Helpdesk - Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Min. 0-1 years of Customer Support experience or payroll domain knowledge with Commerce graduation
• Good communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Investigate and resolve payroll related queries from employees promptly
• Collaborate with the payroll team to address complex issues and discrepancies
• Respond assigned queries with clarity and professionalism within TAT
• Translate payroll jargon into easily understandable language for all employees
• Stay up-to-date on client specifications
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding in every interaction
• Strive to turn every client query into a positive experience

Preferred candidate profile

• B. Com Graduates with excellent communication skills.
• Preferring female candidates.

5 days working and 2 days fixed week off

Working hours - 9.30 - 6.30 PM.
