Walk-in || HR - Talent Acquisition Intern

Official Working days 6 (Mon to Sat) and Official Working time 9:30 AM to 6:30PM
Location - Sector 132, Noida

Candidates must be graduates/postgraduates from reputed known or Tier 1/Tier 2 institutions, preferably colleges/universities ranked within the Top 100 as per NIRF. Candidates should have completed a full-time degree and secured a minimum of 70% in Class 12 and 70% in their graduation/postgraduation.

Key Focus The HR Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment trackers. The role will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment operations and hiring processes while assisting the HR team in fulfilling open positions across departments. Based on performance, the intern may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

Roles and Responsibilities • Assist the HR team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

• Perform initial resume screening as per job requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases using MS Excel.
• Support the HR team in job postings and candidate communications. • Maintain candidate records and documentation.
• Support the team in daily recruitment operations and reporting.
