HR Support Officer Bulk Sales Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for Sales positions.
• Source & screen candidates through Naukri and other job portals.
• Schedule face-to-face interviews and coordinate with candidates & stakeholders.
• Manage documentation, BGV & E-Code coordination.
• Ensure timely onboarding and joining of selected candidates.
• Maintain daily recruitment MIS, trackers & hiring reports.
