Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates to fulfill the organization's hiring requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring and lateral hiring.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.

- Conduct initial HR screening calls and schedule interviews.

- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

- Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure timely interview attendance.

- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.

- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.

- Coordinate with candidates for document collection and verification.

- Support offer rollout, joining formalities, and onboarding.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with job portals and candidate database management.

- Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet recruitment targets.

- Good coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Candidates with prior recruitment or consultancy experience will be preferred.
