• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  
• Ensure timely filling of open positions by identifying potential candidates.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in HR Recruitment or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of bulk hiring, campus hiring, sourcing techniques.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interviewing and assessment processes.
