Role & responsibilities

• Handle clinical & non-clinical recruitment.
• Source and screen candidates through Naukri, Indeed, referrals, walk-ins, and campus hiring.
• Coordinate interviews and department rounds.
• Handle salary negotiation and offer processing.
• Verify qualification, registration, and experience documents.
• Coordinate joining and onboarding.
• Maintain vacancy, recruitment, and joining MIS.
• Follow up with candidates and departments until position closure.
• Handle replacement hiring and manpower requirements.
