Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in bulk hiring, mass recruitment, or end-to-end recruitment management.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
  
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition principles and best practices.
  
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
