Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales and support functions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal references, and campus hiring.
• Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlisting based on job requirements.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth coordination.

Hiring Operations

• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for bulk hiring.
• Conduct walk-in drives, spot offers, and open house interviews.
• Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs and manpower requirements.
• Handle pre-onboarding activities, documentation check, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of hiring, market trends, and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
• Good negotiation skills and candidate engagement capability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
