About the Role
On Point Express LLP, a 26-year-old international courier company in Jaipur, needs an HR Recruiter to hire staff at every level IT professionals, customer service, sales, accounts, operations, drivers and field runners.
The recruiter must test every candidate before the second-round interview: a basic aptitude test and a practical test of the candidate's skills in their field.
We hire on four things, in this order: Will, Values, Results, Skills.
What You Will Do
- Handle full recruitment – job posting (Naukri, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals), calling, screening, interviews, offer and joining.
- Prepare and conduct Round-1 tests: aptitude test for all, plus a role test (e.g. coding task for IT, typing/email test for customer service, Excel test for accounts, vehicle and document check for drivers/runners).
- Score candidates on Will, Values, Results and Skills; send only tested, shortlisted candidates to management for Round 2.
- Verify documents and references (ID, address, driving licence, previous employer).
- Keep a hiring tracker and share a weekly report.
- Keep a ready list of candidates for drivers, runners and customer service.
- Write the hiring process as an SOP and train a backup, so hiring never depends on one person.
Who We Are Looking For
- Will – self-driven, target-oriented, ready to learn and do field-level hiring.
- Values – honest, fair and confidential in judging candidates.
- Results – has closed positions on time; can share examples.
- Skills – Graduate (MBA-HR preferred), 1–3 years recruitment experience, can make tests on Google Forms/Excel, knows Naukri and LinkedIn, fluent Hindi with working English.
