HR RECRUITER JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: HR Recruiter
Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition

Role Purpose

To manage end-to-end recruitment through tele-calling, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-up to achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures and joinings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct tele-calling to candidates regarding current job openings.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Explain job roles, salary, location, and company details to candidates.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates for interview attendance, selection, offer, and joining.
• Coordinate with clients/hiring teams regarding candidate requirements and feedback.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Ensure regular follow-up until successful candidate joining.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and candidate records.

Required Skills

• Good tele-calling and communication skills.
• Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Target-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
• Ability to handle multiple candidates and requirements.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA – HR preferred
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
