Job Title: HR Recruiter

Salary: 12,000 18,000 In-Hand + Incentives (1,000 – 10,000+)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to source and screen prospective candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with clients/hiring managers.
• Rigorously follow up with candidates through selection, offer stage, and final joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking records in Excel/CRM.

Requirements:

• Excellent phone communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up skills and a target-driven attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
