Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates. This role is best suited for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, support, and corporate roles.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Prepare and release offer letters and coordinate pre-joining formalities.
• Manage onboarding documentation and ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred).
• 02 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with professionalism.
• Telugu communication skills (Mandatory).
• Preferred Attributes
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Sales hiring is an added advantage.
• Strong networking and candidate engagement skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with excellent time management and follow-up skills.
