Sagility is hiring for HR recruiters for HYD Location.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and offer rollout.
• Manage lateral hiring requirements and ensure timely position closures.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and deliver quality candidates within defined timelines.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1-3 years of experience in End-to-End Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of non-IT hiring and recruitment best practices.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with job portals and sourcing tools.
• Proficiency in using various job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com etc.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate offers effectively.
