Scope of Work

• End-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Screening and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
• Managing recruitment activities for assigned positions.
• Supporting the overall hiring process and maintaining recruitment records.

What Were Looking For

• Hands-on experience in recruitment/HR recruitment.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Knowledge of South Indian languages will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working on an off-role payroll.
