Job Summary

We are hiring a Non-IT Recruiter (Fresher) to support hiring for roles across BPO, Sales, Finance, Admin, Operations, Logistics, HR, Manufacturing, Retail, and other non-technical positions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on the required skillset

• Conduct telephonic screening to evaluate communication, experience, and fit

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports

• Explain job details, responsibilities, salary structure, and company policies

• Follow up with candidates until onboarding

• Manage bulk hiring and volume recruitment when required

Skills Required

• Good verbal & written communication

• Basic understanding of recruitment process

• Ability to manage multiple requirements at once

• Knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets

• Positive attitude, quick learner, and target-oriented

Qualification

• Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
