Role :

Source candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking

• Conduct screening and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Manage recruitment database and keep candidate records updated
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Provide regular updates to hiring manager on the recruitment pipeline
• Collaborate with HR Operation to facilitate background checks and onboarding processes
• Stay updated on BPO industry trends and recruitment best practices

Job Responsibilities :

• Preferred Lateral hiring experience of 0 to 3 years
• Should have working exposure from BPO industry

Must be a Graduate

• Proven work experience as a BPO recruiter or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities

Shifts timings:

11:00 am to 8:30 pm
