Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate and support recruitment processes including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Facilitate onboarding procedures to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the company.
• Implement and monitor compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
• Support payroll administration and benefits management in collaboration with finance and benefits providers.
• Assist in the development and execution of HR operational strategies and process improvements.
• Generate regular HR reports and analytics to inform management decisions.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR operations and resolve issues promptly.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, databases, and applicant tracking software.
• In-depth understanding of labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and HRIS platforms.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
