Job Description (Retainer)

• Custodian of the talent pool
• Giving CTQ deviation basis approval
• Helping with scheduling back-up assessments and manual assessments
• Co-ordinate with AON for assessment related issues
• Ensuring communication of termination of agency codes for Saksham/FCCP cases
• Profile deletion basis approval
• Update personal details
• Changing BHR tagging basis requests
• Transferring profile for changes in talent category
• Changing source basis approval
• Helping with query resolution pertaining ROB payout, Employee referral payout and Saksham cases
• Maintaining tracker of e-sparsh missed payouts
• Support for ROB distance calculation
• Support for offer release and joining if required
• Other ad-hoc tasks

Skillset required

• Integrity is the most critical skill
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Co-ordinating with BHRs/stakeholders
• Knowledge of MS Excel

Qualification

• Min. Graduate
• Preferrable if experience in HR domain and HRMS
