Walk-in || HR Operations - Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle Handle all stages, including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding, ensuring a consistent and compliant process across countries
• Process HR transactions Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, PeopleSoft).
• Support audits and reporting – Assist with HR reporting requirements and participate in audits to ensure compliance

Create and maintain SOPs for data management processes

Preferred candidate profile

• Fresher not applicable
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of global HR processes and standard operating procedures is preferable
• Proficient in MS excel for managing data
• Good Communication Skills
