Walk-in || Hr Manager

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.

Handle employee joining, onboarding, and exit processes.

Manage employee records and HR documentation.

Handle employee relations and grievances.

Support performance appraisal and employee development activities.

Manage attendance, leave, and other HR operations.

Coordinate with management and employees for HR-related matters.

Implement HR policies and company procedures.

Prepare HR reports and MIS for management.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for salary-related matters.

Support training and development programs.

Help improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Good knowledge of HR processes and employee management.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR activities.
